Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers who opt for the payment-on-delivery method for placing orders.
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to confirm orders and facilitate purchases.
- Coordinate with delivery agents across various states in Nigeria to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Conduct follow-up calls and communications to confirm successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Play a role in upholding a positive customer experience throughout the order and delivery process.
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a convincing demeanor.
- Capability to establish rapport and build trust with customers via phone.

Salary
- N50,000 – N100,000 / month (Competitive + Commission).
