JOB DETAILS:
- The Entry Level ESG Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting and coordinating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives within an organization.
- This position is focused on assisting with the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of sustainability and responsible business practices.
- The ESG Coordinator works closely with various departments, stakeholders, and external partners to promote and advance ESG goals.

- ESG Reporting: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and organizing data related to ESG metrics, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Help prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Compliance and Regulations: Stay up to date with ESG-related regulations and requirements. Support the organization in maintaining compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and reporting frameworks.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and engage with stakeholders regarding ESG initiatives. Support the development of communication materials and strategies to promote ESG goals and progress.
- Data Management: Assist in managing ESG data systems, including data collection, verification, and documentation. Help establish and maintain data tracking processes to ensure consistent and reliable reporting.
- Sustainability Projects: Contribute to the planning and execution of sustainability projects and initiatives. Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in ESG performance and participate in developing strategies to achieve sustainability targets.
- ESG Performance Metrics: Aid in the identification and development of ESG performance indicators and metrics. Assist in monitoring and evaluating progress towards established ESG goals.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on emerging ESG trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks. Analyze data and prepare summaries or recommendations for ESG-related activities.
- Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote ESG integration throughout the organization. Assist in delivering training programs or materials to increase awareness and understanding of ESG principles and practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Second Class Upper and higher) in a relevant field such as Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business, or related disciplines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
- Flexible to travel within our various Locations.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong research capabilities to stay informed about ESG trends, regulations, and emerging sustainability issues.
- Familiarity with relevant ESG regulations, guidelines, and reporting frameworks is desirable.
