Job Description
- Hospitality Groundworks is looking for a skilled and professional individual to fill the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist this organization’s CEO.
- In this position, you will manage mostly business related tasks for the CEO such as creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, taking minutes, and other organizational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments. As a EA you will control access to the manager/executive.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
- Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
- Making travel arrangements for executives.
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a
- records database.
- Provide general administrative support.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Hospitality or any relevant field Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs Active listening and good communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to multitask
- Strong time-management and organization skills.
