JOB TITLE: Facility and Operations Manager

JOB DETAILS:
- Facilities and Operation Managers are responsible for overseeing fluid business operations across all sites.
- The role ensures that all facilities managed by the organization are properly maintained and the standard operating procedures are optimized and comply with Management and global expectations.
Job Responsibilities
- Creating working schedules and plans for all artisans.
- Monitoring performance and appraising all operation staff.
- Implement efficient Maintenance/Hygiene schedules and oversee periodical audits across sites.
- Supervise and inspect electrical and plumbing services.
- Ensure all sites comply with the organization’s hygiene standards.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of infrastructure across all sites.
- Managing waste disposal systems.
- Liaising with the MD and Office Manager for the prompt payment of relevant bills and fees.
- Overseeing security presence and safeguarding all company assets and responsibilities within all sites.
- Recommending refurbishments and renovations to the Management.
- Researching and advising Management on relevant cost-effective trends in the Estate Management/Housing industry.
Qualifications
- A Degree in Estate Management from a recognized institution of higher learning.
- Any relevant professional certifications will be advantageous.
- 5 – 7 years of experience preferably in the Facility/Estate Management or Hospitality industry.
Required Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite, Leadership, Managerial, Team-Work, Team Building, Meticulousness, Negotiation and Communication.
Salary
N400,000 Monthly.
