Job Description
- The Facility / Maintenance Officer is responsible for the smooth operations of the business premises, ensuring utilities such as water, electricity, cooling systems and all other facility equipments are in perfect working condition.
- Overseeing repair and maintenance of building infrastructure and company assets.
- Carrying out scheduled maintenance on company assets as required.
- Conducting regular survey for the improvements in facilities services.
- Attend to all facility related complaints and address all issues.
- Ensures the environment is clean.
- Ensures all snags are treated
- Assist in development of relevant policies to assist in efficient running of all properties.
- Monitor periodic maintenance of utilities and services
- Other adhoc duties.
Qualification / Person Specification
- At least OND in any discipline
- 1 – 3 years relevant working experience
- Highly creative with ability to think out-of-box

- Knowledge of policies and procedures.
- Knowledge and experience in storekeeping.
- Stock materials according to prescribed inventory system.

- Ability to communicate with others, both verbally and writing.
