Job Summary
- You are the CEO of the designated areas as assigned by the TSM. You are responsible for the acquisition , onboarding, training and monitoring of Agents within your purview.
- Key to your success is having good knowledge of the Agency banking business in addition to the market and good customer service /relationship management skills.
Job Description
- Acquisition, onboarding and training of Agents.
- Deploy POS terminals and support Agents.
- Ensure that all terminals assigned for deployment are promptly and professionally delivered to customers within agreed SLAs, with evidence of duly completed deployment forms.
- Ensure all POS terminals have a clear PayGO Customer Hotline sticker to report any support related incidents.
- Promote to customers the Hotline timely resolution of all customer requests or queries.
- Ensure he/she visits and supports all assigned Agents and ensures their POS terminals are working satisfactorily 24/7 (Minimum 85% Active ratio).
- Ensure prompt resolution of all escalated incidents from Regional Support Supervisor/Relationship Officers/Contact Center with detailed resolution feedback and Test Transaction Receipt (TTR).
- Meet terminal/Agent target as advised by the Regional and Area Managers.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in POS deployment and support, preferably in the digital banking space
- Knowledge of POS technology, including hardware and software components, installation and configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and effective guidance and support to customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions in a timely and effective manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to POS terminals and digital banking technology.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed to support customer needs.
