Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Advertisements
- Drive sell-out and revenue growth through effective communication of the company’s benefits.
- Convert cash customers to credit, increasing revenue and store coverage.
- Ensure route compliance, effective operational management, and build strong customer relationships.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback for strategic planning.
- Identify training needs and contribute to continuous improvement in sales performance.
- Manage reporting, display visibility, and pricing strategies in stores.
- Demonstrate effective self-management, adherence to company standards, and proactive problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, or HND qualification with 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
- Technical skills: Basic Excel proficiency.
- Behavioral skills: Integrity, empathy, negotiation, problem-solving, motivation, result-driven.
- Experience as a Field Sales Agents in companies such as Phone stores, MKopa , Palm Pay is an added advantage
- People & Leadership Skills: Adherence to company code of conduct, change embracement, active participation in team meetings, coaching and development of others, clear communication.
Remuneration
- Basic Pay: N50,000
- Performance Pay: N50,000 (This is tied to meeting of specified KPIs)
