JOB TITLE: Finance & Admin Executive
JOB LOCATION: Allen Ikeja, Lagos
JOB DETAILS
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Monthly & Annual preparation of the company’s cash inflow and outflow
- Proactively forecasting the financial status of the company
- Effectively managing the daily running of the office
- Solely co-ordinating the Petty Cash System
- Integration of projected and actual revenue and expenditure
- Preparation of the Quarterly and annual budget
- Regular review & analysis of the company’s budget
- Monthly preparation of staff payroll
- Payroll slips dispatched to all staff as and when due
- Monthly reconciliations of all company’s bank account/statement
- Implementing cost-control as well as procurement systems
- Co-ordinating the management of all physical assets
- Ensuring regular computation & remittance of all government regulatory payments:
- PAYE
- PENSION
- VAT & WHT
- Monthly, Quarterly and Annual financial reports
- Collaboration with external auditors to ensure the audit of the company’s financials as and when due; preparation and filing of annual returns.
- Involvement in project activation from inception to fruition
- Following up with some forms of correspondence to clients
- Prompt and effective communication to clients and their enquiries
- Proper documentation of all correspondence with clients.
- Good business relationship with clients
- Managing & solving sudden emergency situation before, during or after the project execution.
- Any other responsibility that may be assigned to you by the management.
