Job Title: Finance and Administrative Manager

Job Objective / Purpose of Job
- Responsible for lending support to the financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations.
- Provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company.
Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Main tasks will include but are not limited to the following:
- Compiling information for preparing various report to the department
- Responsible for preparation of budgets with little supervision of General Manager
- Responsible for New Product Pricing and development of Business case for New Investment.
- Consult with auditors on preparation of the annual audits.
- Monitoring application of accounting policies and practices, conducting audits, review
- transactions and reports, preparing, adjusting, and opening/closing entries.
- Preparation of Monthly Management report and Credit management
- Keeping informed of and complying with all state policies and regulations concerning primary job functions
- Oversees general accounting functions of invoicing, payments, bank reconciliations, Customer’s account reconciliation and Vendor’s account reconciliation.
- Evaluation and monitoring of the company expenditures
- Preparations of annual financial statements
- Maintenance of a periodic financial reporting system
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of periodic budget reports.
- Maintenance of specialised financial and accounting records related to debt issues and capital financial plans.
- Developing and maintaining responsibility for forecasting models for revenue and cash flow under minimal supervision
- Coordinate and facilitate audits of the company’s financial and cost accounting records.
- Ensuring compliance with all Tax laws and promptly Tax returns
- Cash Management
- Oversee the Administrative functions of the Organisation and report on them to General Manager.
- Knowledge and understanding of Bid Management, tendering and project costing principles, with analytical and interpretive abilities.
- Projects Management /Costing -Capital Budgeting/Cash Flow/funds Flow Analysis
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite
- Use of financial and accounting software applications
- Proficiency of Corporate Accounting Practice / Standard Auditing Practices along with the expertise in budget analysis and identification of variance
- Knowledge of cost accounting ,management and accounting standards
- Knowledge of statutory provision with respect to the tax management & planning
- Conversant with federal and state financial regulation, applicable laws, codes and regulations.
QHSE Responsibilities:

Requirements
- Education Qualification: Possess a Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance or related field from an accredited university.
- Professional Qualification: Recognized professional accreditation (ICAN /CFA/ACA /CIMA/ ACCA etc.) is compulsory.
- Experience: 2 – 4 years relevant experience in similar role.
