- We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Administrator to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients and visitors by managing the front desk operations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Reception and Greeting: Welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties.
- Client Assistance: Provide information about OfficePhase services, assist clients with inquiries, and ensure their needs are met promptly.
- Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Manage office supplies and keep track of inventory.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate meeting room bookings and appointments. Ensure meeting spaces are prepared and set up accordingly.
- Mail Handling: Receive and distribute mail and packages. Assist clients with courier services.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed. Handle basic clerical tasks, including data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Must have 0-2 years work experience
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
Renumeration
N60,000 / Month
