Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Description
- We are urgently looking for smart and responsible Front Desk officers for our administrative roles.
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receiveletters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Monitor office expenses and costs
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Requirements
- Candidates should possess minimum of an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in related field, additional certificates is a plus
- 1 – 10 years relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of office management
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation.
Salary
N95,000 – N155,000 Monthly.
