- The Head, Human Resource Management is responsible for defining and adopting corporate strategies, structures, procedures and technology to handle changes in external conditions and the business environment group-wide.
- Providing an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes excellence, empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and on-going development of a superior workforce

- Design; Implement employment policies and procedures, overseeing performance, rewards and recognition programs well as managing workplace safety initiatives, implementing enterprise-wide changes affecting processes, products, and people.
- Utilize Human Resources Information Software to the company’s recordkeeping and management advantage
- Lead a process of organization development that plans, communicates and integrates the results of strategic planning throughout the organization
- Develop and monitor an annual budget the includes Human Resource services, employee recognition and administration and oversee payroll and performance evaluation systems.
- Protect the interest of the company and the employees in accordance with company’s HR policies, laws and regulations and interpretation application of HR policies and procedures
- Establish and implement the company’s salary structure and pay policies
- Talent management, including performance / potential management, resource planning and succession planning.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Public Administration, Human Resource Management or related field is required.
- An Advanced Degree in a Business-related field (eg, MBA, M.Sc / MA) is highly desired
- Certification qualifications in (e.g CIPM, PHR, SHRM, SPHR, GPHR) is highly preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of successful managerial level experience in Human Resource Management
- Specialized training in corporate service, change management, employment law, compensation organizational planning, organizational development and employee relations are required.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Strong knowledge of Human Resource Management Software.
