Job Profile
- As the Growth and Retention Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive Customer Acquisition, Retention, and Revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute growth initiative.

Retention Management:

- Drive proactive outreach and initiatives to improve customer retention rates and defend customer base.
- Develop and execute growth strategies: You will develop and execute growth strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives. This will include identifying and testing new acquisition channels, optimizing conversion rates, and increasing customer retention and lifetime value.
- Optimize data and monitor performance: You will use data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities, and to optimize marketing and sales campaigns. This will include tracking key metrics, analyzing customer behavior, and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- You will also monitor and report on key performance metrics, including customer acquisition and retention rates, revenue growth, and customer lifetime value. You will also provide regular updates to the executive team on the status of growth initiatives.
- Drive sales and growth: You would need to develop and execute a growth strategy that drives sales and expands revenue from existing customers. You would collaborate with the marketing team to identify and target new customer segments, and create effective messaging and campaigns to reach them. You have to be able to analyze market trends and competitor activity, and use this information to inform product and pricing strategies that drive growth. Most importantly, build and maintain relationships with customers, to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute growth initiatives. This will include collaborating on marketing campaigns, optimizing the sales funnel, and developing and launching new products or features.
- Identify and test new acquisition channels: You will identify and test new acquisition channels to increase customer acquisition and revenue growth. This will include identifying new advertising and marketing channels, testing new messaging and creative, and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.
- Spearhead all customer retention activities. Takes initiatives in customer satisfaction via process improvement plans and efficient reporting and flow of information.
- Driving loyalty initiatives.
Strategy:
- Supporting strategy definition and coordinating implementation plans enterprise wide for areas within scope.
- Owning and implementing appropriate business and customer rules and policies in role scope areas.
- In partnership with our Business Intelligence (BI) function, define, implement and manage an appropriate Measurement, Reporting and Insights (MRI) framework, setting appropriate targets for relevant scope and ensuring detailed root cause of issues and resolution analysis to determine improvement options and track performance.
- Setting and managing achievement of appropriate operating customers targets. With Customer Operations, maintaining oversight of operational implementation and driving issue and improvement management.
Sales Management:
- Spearhead full responsibility for the delivery of agreed financial objective and Retention Sales.
- Drive and achieve sales Target of the Retention Business.
- Develop and implement sales plans to create a culture of accountability and to ensure a continued focus on sales performance and goal realization.
- Maintain oversight of operations to cross- and up-sell to customers post-acquisition, aligning with product operations and sales functions.
- In collaboration with Marketing functions, driving post-acquisition sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- BA in Sales, Marketing or similar relevant field
- 5-7 years work-related experience in Customer Service Management & Retention Growth

- Experience in developing and executing data-driven growth strategies, using a range of tactics including sales, marketing, and partnerships.
- Demonstrable track record in delivering relevant strategy to plan
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing software.
