JOB DETAILS:
- As a Growth Lead SME Digital personnel, your primary responsibility is to achieve, develop, lead the implementation of the SME Segment strategy in line with the organization’s goals.
- You are responsible for driving sustainable growth through the creation, development and maintenance of high-quality advisory relationships with SME’s.
- You are required to build and maintain productive and strategic relations with management and stakeholders in order to drive the development and delivery of business solutions and revenue growth for the SME Segment.
- You will be responsible for driving customer-led propositions for the SME Segment by developing a pipeline of value-adding customer solutions which will include customer experience, products, and service offers.
- You will lead campaigns to promote growth plans from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting.
- You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisitions for the organization.
- Maintains a detailed and current understanding of the industry; (current market structures; regulatory requirements and issues) to ensure that opportunities are realized and the risks mitigated.
- Ensure compliance to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while achieving business goals.
- Lead, motivate, and continuously develop a credible high performing SME team.

- University Degree in a Business related field. An advanced degree will be an added advantage.
- Must be a high-performing individual with a visible growth record and 5-8 years experience in leading a team of mid-level experienced staff.
- Applicants must have experience in the Microfinance or fintech industry.
