Work closely with other company Senior Management Executives to set the long-term Business Development Strategy for the company, based on a thorough understanding of the long-term market and economic trends that may affect the future of the Investment Management Business and the firm’s Vision and MissionDevelop / Define and agree with Top Management future business strategies and goals aimed at achieving the organization’s objectivesGrow the volume and value of transactions through asset and customers diversification, thus translating them into revenue growth areasIdentify and build high-quality client relationships within various segments of institutional investors and high net worth as well as retail clientsWill be in charge of developing a suitable Wealth Management Unit in the CompanyOversee all aspects of transaction life cycles: Client sourcing, Marketing, Due diligence, Negotiation, Documentation and ClosingEnsure highest standards of service delivery to all categories of Customers;Work with the Product Development and Strategy Teams to identify and fill product gaps that exist in the firmBuild and further develop a team of highly capable professionals who will help achieve the mission of the firmUnderstand clients’ needs in order to manage their investment portfolios according to their risk appetite and investment goalsInterface with the Finance and Operations functions in order to ensure smooth operations of the Funds and Portfolios of clientsDevelop strong internal inter-department relationships, in 0order to maximize firm-wide market success and profitability.
