JOB TITLE: Head, Digital Marketing

JOB DETAILS:
- To support the growth of Interswitch’s products and brands using digital channels, whilst championing content excellence, operational effectiveness and resource efficiency from a digital marketing and engagement viewpoint.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Advertisements
- Define a vision of how digital marketing will contribute to brand development – taking into account all of Interswitch Group’s owned, earned and paid brand assets.
- Create digital marketing strategies and digital marketing plans or roadmaps to support lead acquisition and brand awareness objectives across the business, including social media and content marketing, performance marketing, and email marketing.
- Mobile strategy development and design of the mobile marketing roadmap.
- Set KPIs and ensure all activities are evaluated, co-ordinating across appropriate internal departments including the Customer Insight and Analytics Team ensuring growth, engagement and loyalty.
- Responsible for the digital marketing budget and reporting to senior management.
Implementation & Measurement:
- Lead the management and measurement of integrated digital campaigns across all channels such as search, display, owned channels (email, push messages on web and mobile app, social media).
- Report on results and set organisational KPIs and implement within dashboards using Google Analytics or other analytics packages.
- Responsible for driving new leads via online channels and demonstration or evidence of ROI.
- Responsible for growing customer base via digital marketing channels.
- Measure and interpret data to include customer profiling and behaviour across customer journey mapping and web/mobile traffic data.
- Responsible for marketing channel attribution and tracking methodology.
- Responsible for associated digital marketing systems, processes and technologies.
- Assess new digital marketing technologies, tools and techniques, and regularly review for best fit for the business.
Market & Customer Research/Intelligence:
- Interpret research to support digital marketing strategies and multichannel user experience journeys.
- Apply research skill to analyse data, search for trends, develop key findings to influence campaigns
- Responsible for digital media landscape and digital marketing intelligence to glean insights around competition’s digital marketing strategy and execution
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
Education
- Good 1st degree in relevant field/discipline
- Professional Certification in Digital Marketing
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years experience in digital marketing with preferred experience in data-driven, highly competitive, complex, dynamic and digital environments such as payments & FinTech, financial services, e-commerce, telecoms. Agency experience with brands in this sector would also be considered
- Minimum of 5 years management experience.
