JOB DETAILS
- We need a Business development/Sales Manager with experience in Sales and Education to head Gtext Academy.
- You will be expected to stucture the team, manage customer segments, improve the business model and ultimately gear the academy towards sales generation.
Job Role / Responsibilities
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets
- Develop and oversee the curriculum of the academy.
- Collaborate in collecting, analyzing, the creation and revision all academic data analysis and intervention programs.
- Assessment Management: maintain calendar, content and academydata
- Overseeingand managingschool wide curriculum and assessment
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Job Skills / Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
- 5 years work experience.
- A Master’s Degree in Marketing or its related field will be an added advantage.
- Proven years of experiencein sales, marketing or related field.
- Experience in the education sector is a must.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
