- This role will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
- The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services amongst other duties and responsibilities.

- Develop HR Strategies to support the Company’s Corporate & Business Strategy:
- Align Human Resources to the overall business objectives and goals of the organization.
- Ensure that organizational structures and processes contribute to the achievement of the Company’s goals and objectives.
- Identify key risk element pertaining to the execution of the HR strategy, design and communicate mitigating interventions.
- Provide regular feedback to Management on implementation of HR strategies.
- Forecast ‘people’ resource requirements, ensuring that organizational structures, job descriptions, performance management, recruitment as well as succession planning frameworks are in place.
- Formulate HR budgets & financial expenditures within agreed parameters according to budget or adjusted budget.

- Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures
- Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
Qualification, Skills and Experience Required
- First Degree in Human Resources or related field and a Master’s Degree is required.
- Minimum of 8 years cognate experience and 5+ years as Senior Manager, Human Resources in a Financial Sector.
- People oriented and results driven
- Very good knowledge of the banking industry
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- A membership of CIPM and any of SHRM, HRCI or CIPD is required.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong selling, presentation and negotiation skills.
