JOB DETAILS:
The Ideal candidate will perform the following roles:
- Developing and Implementing the Organization’s Sales Strategy.
- Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales target for risk assets and liabilities (investments)
- Working with customers to better understand their business needs and goals
- Developing and promoting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
- Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.
- Estimating sales volumes and profit for current and new products.
- Establishing a sales training program to train new employees.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree and a Professional qualification.
- MBA / M.Sc will be an added advantage.
- 10 years experience cognate experience preferably at a Manager or Assistant Manager Level in a commercial bank with diverse experience that should cover running the operations and back of office retail, corporate and business banking activities.
- Relevant experience in a financial institution.
- Competencies in sales strategic & business planning, budgeting and monitoring
- Working knowledge of Asset and investment management.
Renumeration
N900,000 – N1,000,000 monthly
