As the Head of sales, the role holder will be responsible for identifying, establishing and managing key strategic partnerships, retaining clients, and driving sales and growth of the company.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
Provide direct leadership and mentorship roles for the sales team.
Track and evaluate business development plans and efforts.
Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company’s growth.
Research competitors and monitor market trends and provide suggestions for improvement.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
Provide advisory support to customers.
Acquisition and retention of customer and increasing property acquisition rate.
Set goals and motivate your team to surpass them.
Prepare monthly performance report and quarterly strategic business.
Person Specification
A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar discipline.
A minimum of 8 years of experience with 3 years of experience in similar role in the real estate industry.
Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
Strong business acumen and exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Proficient in stockbroking and negotiating skills.
Effective coaching and mentoring abilities.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
