Job Summary

- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the IT industry.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for increased sales effectiveness.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the competitive landscape.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT products and services, including software, hardware, and cloud solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet/exceed targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results oriented.
