Mission / Core purpose of the Job: (Short description)
- To direct the process and procedure which governs planning efforts across all BILAAD REALTY projects.
- To represent the General Manager as relief officer whenever he is away from his duty post.

Key Performance Areas
Core, essential responsibilities / outputs of the position (KPA’s)
Role Complexity:
- Schedule and resource planning across all projects.
- Oversight on project specific inventory management.
- Coordinating of design from conceptualization to production of complete working drawings.
- Budget Planning & Implementation across projects.
- Ensure proper documentation (archiving, indexing and storage) in soft and hard copies for ease of reference and transaction(s).
- Supervise, mentor, and build leadership capabilities within subunit and amongst core team members
Supervisory / Leadership / Managerial Complexity:
- Ensure compliance of all planning deliverables with BILAAD REALTY’s policies and procedures
- Lead and advise on all aspects of Planning and implementation in line with overall company’s policies and procedures
- Ensure the effective allocation and utilization of company’s resources
- Ensure quality service delivery as it relates to expected outcomes of resource allocation and deployment.

- Planning Operations Management
- Optimization as it concerns effectiveness/efficiency of resource distribution.
- Inventory Management concerns in collaboration with Senior Procurement & Supply Chain Mgt & Head, Central Procurement & Supply Chain Management.

Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Relevant Field
- An MBA would be an added advantage
- A project management certification
Experience:
- A minimum of 7years cognate experience which includes at least 4years at a senior management level

- Design Costing.
