Job Title: Helpdesk Personnel

Job Description
- Organize resources so they are easy to locate
- Work with the Facility Manager in resolving all issues arising from the facility
- Answer other customer questions and offer them access to helpful resources
- Direct questions to the right department when needed
- Ensure proper documentation of requests and documents
- Manage all desk administrative duties
- Ensure the facility is clean and tidy
- Provide support to the Facility Manager
Qualifications

- First Degree in any Degree from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
- A male candidate is preferred
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Proximity to Victoria Island will be a huge advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proactiveness and willingness to learn
- Ability to work with minimal supervision,
