Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Summary
- The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department.
- This position requires a highly professional individual who is capable of managing multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Advertisements
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Assist in the processing of payroll and administration of employee benefits.
Compliance and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars to enhance employee skills.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the performance review process and maintain records.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage HR-related documentation and handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
- Proficiency in HR software.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Relevant HR certifications.
Salary
NGN 250,000.00 – NGN 300,000.00 / month.
