JOB TITLE: HR Manager (FinTech / Cryptocurrency)

Responsibilities
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation
- Promoting a positive working culture, enhancing engagement, and driving high performance
- Providing advice and guidance to line managers on a variety of HR topics
- Maintain an effective pay plan and benefits program
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Manage the administrative onboarding Monthly reporting – update on active job progress Formulate and implement retention initiatives by executing programs developed to improve team morale, satisfaction, productivity and retention.
- Develop and manage a process for handling employee complaints, disputes and grievances
- Ensuring compliance with relative legislation
- Working with team heads on staff performance appraisals to implement a robust and relevant process for each team discipline
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, procedures and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee and manage the human resource function across all sites
- Ensure all sites are adequately resourced in their staffing requirements
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

- Degree or Diploma in HR Management Practices (or equivalent)
- 4+ years or more in a relevant or equivalent role.
- Experience managing, coaching, and developing others.
- Experience demonstrating extensive knowledge, interpretation, and application of employment laws.
- Experience in FinTech/Crypto Industry .
- Extensive knowledge of employment law.
- Prior experience delivering HR training and development programs.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Highly detail oriented and organised.
- Ability to meet deadlines
