JOB DETAILS:
- We are recruiting a Human Resource Executive who will be responsible for providing Generalist service across the functional areas of the Human Resource function.

- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Work with department leaders to identify resource requirements, collaborate with departmental heads to understand skills and competencies required for various openings and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Prepare interview materials, send behavioral assessments and facilitate the selection process.
- Responsible for coordinating and conducting the onboarding process for new employees.
- Support HR leadership in driving the performance appraisal cycle on annual basis or as determined and ensure collation of appraisal outcomes and present the same for Management’s decision
- Preparation of monthly payroll schedule and sharing the same with payroll officer
- Maintain historical and current employees’ records and files in the most effective manner
- Handle employees’ grievance issues, disciplinary actions, exit interviews, redundancies, terminations, and dismissals.
- Work with leaders to provide coaching and guidance on creating high-performance teams and employment-related matters.
- Identify knowledge gaps and determine the training and development needed to fill the gaps identified.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Investigate incidents as they arise and report findings and recommendations to the company.
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects within the department as assigned
- Develop and implement strategies and initiatives that contribute to overall organizational success and high-performance team development including performance management, succession planning, performance development planning, and mentorship programs.
- Work with leaders to ensure these processes meet the needs of the business and are completed in a timely fashion.
- Track probation review and initiate confirmation process for new hires
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement.
