Job Title: Human Resource Manager (Head)

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manpower planning policies and procedures.
- Recruitment, Selection and onboarding HR Documentation Training and Support.
- Resourcing and head hunting.
- Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization(including its description, recruitment definitions, regular measurement definitions, taking proper actions to close gaps.
- Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
- Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
- Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process.
- Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization).
- Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant.
- Carrying out organization studies and reviews and work measurements to determining workloads and advice on optimum staffing level requirements.
- Working with Line Mangers in preparing projections of manpower requirements.
- Reviewing and advising managers on job description for all positions and ensuring they are updated and maintained.
- Ensures that manpower requisitions and staff movements are in accordance with the approved policy
Qualifications
- Minimum of a B.Sc in Human Resource or any Social Science discipline.
- Master’s Degree will be added advantage.
- Must have three (3) to five (5) years cognate experience in recruitmentMust be familiar with all the recruitment trends.
- Must have basic understanding of Job requirements for senior and expatiate position.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal Skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPointGood Command of English.
