Job Title: Human Resources – Administrative Generalist
Location: Sangotedo – Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Main Responsibilities
- Development of human resource policies and processes.
- Ensures effective management of the recruiting function: selection, placement and induction process.
- Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding and training programs for new and current staff.
- Develops and manages compensation and benefit, Payroll handling and administration.
- Ensures performance management standards are adhered to regularly.
- Manages staff promotion in line with company policy and performance.
- Maintains organization structure, employee relations and update personnel file
- Oversee all administrative functions i.e preparing reports, handling correspondence and scheduling meetings
- Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies.
- Maintenance of Facilities and Utilities
- Security & Logistics
- Vehicle Management
- Reviewing procedures for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
- Ensure compliance of all statutory laws.
- Representing employer in community and recruiting event.

Educational Requirement:

- Must possess Bachelor’s Degree in either Human Resources or other related courses
- Must have 3 – 5 years cognate experience .
Skills Requirements:
- Interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- General knowledge of various labor laws and practices
- Adequate knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Certifications in HR Management
- Excellent organizational management skills.
- Candidate should reside in Ajah or its environs.
