JOB DETAILS:
- An intermediate level Performance Management Specialist with experience managing the performance management life cycle end-to-end with minimal supervision.
Key Result Areas
- End-to-end management of the performance management cycle.
- Supervises monthly performance review and provides performance feedback to all stakeholders.
- Monthly performance reporting.
- Measure performance against set objectives.
- Onboard new hires on the performance management system
- Drive performance culture and build confidence in the performance management system.
- Support related programs like talent management, leadership development, succession planning and compensation and benefits
- Manages all performance-related grievances, appeals and the Performance Improvement Plan.
- Advice the business on best performance management policies.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science and other related field.
- Strong Analytical and Excel skills.
- Sound knowledge of KPI development.
- Excellent communication (oral & written) and presentation skills.
- Strong relational and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of the balanced scorecard model.
- Creative and critical thinking abilities.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly
