Job Title: Indoor Sales Executive

Job Description:
- We are looking to employ a female enthusiastic and customer-oriented inside sales executive to generate quality leads as well as follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries.
- She will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas.
- She will also conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, webinar and in person.

- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
- Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
- Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
- Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email cross-sell and up- sell.
- Overcome objections of prospective customers.
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and
prepare sales order forms and/or reports. - Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Processing customers’ purchase orders and liaising with the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products.
- Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- 2 – 5 years experience.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Proven sales experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.

Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 / month.
