- Our client is looking to hire a Key Account Manager to be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts in the PropTech/Construction industry.
- You will be the main point of contact for these clients and will be responsible for maintaining and growing their business with the company.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, account management, and the PropTech/Construction industry.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the PropTech/Construction industry
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and objectives and develop plans to meet those objectives
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the company’s services and to identify potential issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions to meet client needs
- Manage and grow existing accounts, as well as identify and develop new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Maintain accurate records of all account activity, sales, and customer communications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the PropTech/Construction industry.
- Background experience: PropTech, Construction.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and develop customized solutions to meet client needs.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales tools.
- Ability to travel as needed.
