Job Qualifications & Qualities

• Candidate must be a graduate of a tertiary institution, or an adequate Diploma in a Catering subject. Health and Safety or Food Hygiene qualifications are necessary.
• Minimum of seven (7) years working experience in an international school environment.
• Strong supervisory arid interpersonal skills, with an ability to multi-task.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral format
• Knowledge of food preparation, presentation and customer service.
