- A leading pharmaceutical company is looking to hire a competent Lead Customer Service in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Has good customer relationship and communication skills.
- Supervise, lead and manage the customer service members to achieve their objectives.
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in any relevant courses.
- A minimum of 2-5 years’ Experience in Lead Customer Services in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
