Job Title: Learning and Development Lead
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Role Objective
- A young professional with automobile industry training and development experience who can design a training curriculum, deliver trainings and evaluate training ROI.
Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
- Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
- Develops training and development programs and objectives.
- Evaluate training cost and monitor spending against the departmental budget.
- Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
- Trains and coaches’ managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
- Develops and maintains organizational communications to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
- Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
- Design major trainings as gap arises.
- Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
- Work effectively as a manager and deliver training evaluations & ROI to the company management
Required
- B.Sc in any relevant field of study
- 7+ Years of HR experience
- Five years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs/ Training Plan
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential or CIPD preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
- Ability to design a training curriculum business wide
- Excellent computer skills, including high degree proficiency in MS word, excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to device resolutions to solving critical training gap
Salary
N8,000,000 – N10,000,000 monthly.
