Job Responsibilities
- Providing proactive customer outreach.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Update office policies as needed.
- Ensure airport drop off or pick up and visitors office commute is organized
General Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND, HND or Bachelor’s Degree with 2-8 years experience.
Salary
N50,000 – N80,000 / Month.
