JOB TITLE: Managing Director
JOB LOCATION: Lagos
JOB DETAILS:
- Report to the Board and lead the company in line with set goals and key performance indicators to increase sharehoklers’ value
- Provide strategic direction to the company and manage key clients’ relationships
- Ensure prompt, timely and fair implementation of Board’s decisions
- Be able to simultaneously manage multiple engineering and facilities management projects including maintenance and reconstruction of facilities
- Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
- Oversee building projects, renovations or refurbishments with reasonable budgets using creative cost effective models
- Advocate, innovate and promote increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness to clients across the sectors of the economy.
General Qualification, Experience, Attributes and Skills Required
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Facility Management / Project Management or related disciplines with membership of recognized professional bodies within or outside Nigeria. MBA / MSc is an added advantage
- A minimum of 15 years post qualification cognate working experience with at least 7 years in senior management position.
- Entrepreneurial, innovative, ethical, strong organizational and multitasking skills to lead multi-cultural teams. Familiar with Engineering/Technical/Project Management software.
- Ideal candidates will be dynamic, growth-oriented and ready to take advantage of emerging market opportunities.
