Job Duties / Description
- Effectively manage and implement both internal and external corporate communication initiatives, such
- as press releases, newsletters, and corporate announcements.
- Foster and nurture relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Generate captivating and informative content across various communication channels, including websites, blogs, and social media, to promote the brand and establish thought leadership.
- Maintain a consistent messaging style and brand voice throughout all communication channels to ensure a unified brand image.
- Provide support in crisis situations by managing the company’s reputation and effectively addressing any challenges that may arise.
- Develop and execute brand strategies and positioning that effectively communicate the company’s values,vision, and unique selling points.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audience segments, assess the competitive landscape, and stay informed about industry trends, thereby informing brand strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency across various touchpoints, including marketing materials, advertising campaigns, digital platforms, and product packaging.
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines and standards to provide clear instructions for internal and external stakeholders on accurately and consistently representing the brand.
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness
- Monitor and analyze key brand performance metrics, market trends, and consumer feedback to make data-driven recommendations for enhancing and optimizing the brand.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop captivating brand assets, including logos, taglines, visual identities, and marketing collateral.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure brand alignment in collaborative initiatives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and generate leads.
- Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, social media management, advertising campaigns, and events.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to develop effective marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage the marketing budget, monitor campaign performance, and track key metrics to measure ROI and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across various social media platforms.
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia materials.
- Monitor social media trends and track performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize content strategy.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful relationships with the online community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with marketing objectives and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and carry out digital marketing efforts, such as SEO (search engine optimization), PPC (pay-per click) advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- To determine target consumers and create efficient digital marketing strategies, conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- For use in digital ads, landing sites, email campaigns, and other marketing materials, write a persuasive text.
- To assess campaign success and make data-driven decisions, track campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver frequent reports.
- To improve campaign performance, stay current with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 5 – 7 years relevant work experience.
- Proven track record of success in marketing roles, with experience in driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
