JOB DETAILS:
- Our Marketing Team Lead oversees total marketing activities of all branches, drive performance and create strategies to meet the proposed budget as well as monitor sales performance of the team/branches on a monthly basis.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze branches cost and make sure sales staff are working at their optimal basis
- Increase the overall productivity of the branch by implementing relevant employee training, budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities.
- Manage all operational aspects of the branch including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales.
- Provide a superior level of customer relations and promote the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.
- Delegate day to day operations/activities to branch staff with thorough support/supervision and will be responsible for the actions of the team.
- Participate in loan recovery if the need arises, and make an official report if any anomaly is discovered for further investigation
- Oversee the activities of the loan officers in the branch, while ensuring a transparent loan application and disbursement process”.
- Collection and posting of customers loan repayments and savings on the system
- Maintain a healthy branch portfolio and retention of customers through quality customer service
- Identifies subordinates potential strengths/weaknesses, utilizes the top performers and manages, supports and trains other team members.
- Working with management to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities
- Conduct MPR weekly to track sales performance
- Monitor team to ensure their compliance with the bank policies.
- Generating business leads and follow up on sales opportunities
- Researching the market and identifying potential target customers
- Leading the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Assist the regional manager to develop and pitching ideas for potential investors.
Requirements
Candidate must:
- Possess a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Have an understanding of risk asset mobilization and liability generation.
- Have a proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams through complex change; a reputation for attracting, retaining and developing talent.
- Have proven leadership ability with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Be able to express a sound opinion, able to agreeably present another viewpoint.
- Have a sharp business development focus and demonstrate innovative approaches.
