JOB TITLE: Mobilization Officer

Job Responsibilities
- Analyze collected information from the target locations and prepare summaries, briefing notes, implementation plans and roadmaps;
- Prepare and implement a coordinated response to the needs of the communities or group.
- Keep Program supervisor informed on any issues related to logistics in field level.
- To check the translation of technical/program documents to ensure the correct/appropriate message is disseminated
- Ensure the target individualsand communities/ groupsare met and proper information is given to them with regards to the current project being run.
- Organise transportation and other logistics for individuals and groups.
Job Skills / Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in sales, public works or community mobilization or related area is required.
- Skills in Communication and People Management is required.
- Knowledge of at least 3 local languages is an added advantage.
- Great Interpersonal skill.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- High level of maturity, responsibility and accountability;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, diplomacy, willingness to listen and respect for diversity. Capability to create strong partnerships among all program stakeholders.
- Must reside around Ikoyi and its environs.
Salary
N60,000 – N70,000 monthly
