Job Title: Moderns Trade Sales Representative (FMCG)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive growth within modern trade accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, buyers, and category managers at modern trade retailers.
- Conduct regular sales visits to customers and understand their needs, promote products, and secure sales.
- Negotiate sales agreements, terms, and conditions with customers, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure the smooth execution of sales initiatives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Conduct product training and presentations for customers to enhance their product knowledge and promote sales.
- Provide sales forecasts and contribute to the sales planning process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

- B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Sales Representative
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
