JOB DETAILS:
- The Sales Manager will plan and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Ensure product availability across all channels and geographical areas within the country.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the implementation of the sales and channel development strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Recruit , develop and manage sales team.
- Plan and implement customer retention strategies to ensure consistent sales.
- Recruit & Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers and retailers.

- The ideal candidate should be a graduate in any discipline with minimum of 15 years experience in the FMCG.
- He must be proficient in the use of MS office software.
- Must be a National Sales Manager or equivalent position.
