Job Description
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and managing inventory.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
- Assist with special projects, as needed.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or similar role is a plus.
