JOB DETAILS:
- We are looking to hire an efficient Office Manager to organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures.

- Organize office layout and maintain the office condition.
- Organize and oversee office operations and procedures.
- Purchase office supplies, equipment, stationeries and maintain proper stock levels.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues.
- Laisse with facility management vendors.
- Assist in planning of in-house or off-site activities.
- Meet company expectations for excellent service to both customers and staff.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings including management of staff schedules.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel.
- Book transport and accommodation for customers and staff.
- Maintain a friendly professional tone at all times.
Requirements
- B.Sc in any Management field
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Excellent written in and verbal communication skills.
- Trustworthiness and Reliability.
- Creativity, Adaptability and Innovative.
- Team player with friendly and patient personality.
- Ability to use initiative
