Job Description
- In this position, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and facilitating smooth operations within the office environment.
- Your responsibilities will include scheduling and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and ensuring that all relevant documentation is organized and readily accessible.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks such as maintaining office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and coordinating travel arrangements for the team.
- You will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized office space, ensuring that office equipment is in working order, and troubleshooting any office-related issues.
- This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements
Academic / Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Social Science / Business Administration or other related discipline.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience.
Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good data-gathering, analysis and problem-solving skills
