JOB TITLE: Operations / Fulfillment Manager
JOB LOCATION: Ibadan, Oyo

Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Managing fleet, logistics, shipments around fulfilment of orders
- Providing quality customer service.
- Working in a professional manner to achieve tasks in a time sensitive fashion
- Contributing to any other team tasks which are necessary for the success of the organisation.
- Preparing documentation for order fulfillment of pharmaceutical products
- Assisting to manage the company’s product database
- Prepare operational reports by extracting critical and actionable information for management’s use
- Performing general administrative tasks
- Ensure facility, vehicle and equipment maintenance.
- Ensuring continuous compliance with operational processes.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements

- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field with a minimum of 4 years work experience.
- Must have experience as an operations person in a supply chain environment, particularly pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability.
- Outstanding organisational skills.
- Applicant must be resident in Ibadan.
