Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our operational processes.
- As an Operations Manager at Eden, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our internal operations.
- Your primary focus will be on streamlining processes, managing resources, and implementing strategies that support our mission of providing top-notch consulting and recruitment services. While prior HR experience is not mandatory, a strong background in operations management is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Develop, implement, and refine operational strategies and policies to enhance overall efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes, optimize workflows, and minimize operational bottlenecks.
- Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and technology, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics for measuring operational performance, regularly assess progress, and make data-driven decisions to improve
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure quality service and cost-effectiveness.
- Compliance: Ensure that the organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and implement any necessary changes to stay compliant.
- Budget Management: Work with the finance department to develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Technology Integration: Identify and implement relevant technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and data management.
- Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with our client-facing teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the consulting or recruitment industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong project management skills and experience in process improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and the ability to stay updated on relevant trends.
- Results-oriented and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
Remuneration
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
