- In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the company’s products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
- You are also involved in hiring new employees, training them in specific skill sets and procedures, and monitoring existing workers, so nothing falls through the cracks.

- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
- Plan inventory and oversee construction efficiency.
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
- Manage budgets and forecasts.
- Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
Requirements and Skills
- Degree in Business, Operations Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 – 10 years work experience.
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager with construction experience in a senior management role.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Experience budgeting and forecasting.
- Familiarity with business and financial principles.
- Ability to plan and foresee risk (risk management).
- Competent in conflict and crisis management.
- Leadership and human resources management skills.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
