JOB DETAILS:
- Oversee our daily operations.
- Design strategy and set goals for growth for the company.
- Implement policies and processes that will improve productivity and profitability.
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
- Prepare regular reports for the Board of Directors.
- Ensure that departments or units deliver quality offerings to clients.
- Working closely with the National Sales Manager and other Heads of Department to improve staff performance.
- Oversee large projects and interpret performance reports.
- Lead your team in excellent Tender/Bids Preparation.

- B.Sc / BA in Business or relevant field; having a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- 3 – 4 years experience in a Managerial or Senior Executive position.
- Excellent knowledge of Bids and Tender packaging.
- Experience in planning and budgeting.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Must be over at least 35 years old and above.
