Job Description
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Develop and implement logistics processes
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Asset Management- Asset tagging and monitoring
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Fuel requisition, purchase and allocation.
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and equipment
- Support in recruiting and developing a team to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to ensure quality service delivery
- Provide accurate and regular reportto the management on performance of the service delivery
- Conduct performance assessment, training, and mentoring of personnel
Requirements
- A minimum of First Degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role
- Ability to effectively communicate, read and write.
- Leadership capabilities
- Organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Residing close to location is an added advantage
