JOB DETAILS
- Take charge and implement tasks towards goals needed for; Business, Personal and Civic responsibilities (Task Management)
- Managing new projects embarked upon from inception to completion, and a follow up on tasks to fulfil project goals
- Receiving and making phone calls.
- Managing to-do list, schedule and calendar, and ensuring that tasks on the to-do lists get done.
- Executing administrative tasks, including filing, letter writing, creating checklist etc
- Adapt at taking up responsibilities and being effective in those responsibilities in most functional areas of the retail business
- Conduct interviews as needed for personal and business roles.
- Prepare Business and Product Manuals
- Edit and post some content for Instagram/ WhatsApp
- Go on personal Errands
Job Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years experience in similar capacity
- Multifaceted and able to think across various functions of Business.
- High level of integrity and discretion.
- Dutiful, hard-working and loyal.
- Polite and have good decorum and understanding of protocols.
- Attention to detail and good administrative capacity.
- Very good communication skills – Written and Oral
- Up to date Technology Skills – Word, Excel, Power Point
- Good knowledge or can learn how to use Social Media Apps
- Proximity to Ikoyi is preferred.
